12. Purchase policy

Delivery: After payment, you will receive a confirmation email at the email address associated with your account. The purchased course/digital product will be unlocked automatically in your account on the platform.

Right of withdrawal: As a consumer, you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal under Government Emergency Ordinance (OUG) No. 34/2014. For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium (online courses, webinars, downloadable materials), supply begins immediately after payment only with your prior express consent, given when you complete your order (by checking the dedicated box / confirming on the Stripe payment page), and with your acknowledgment that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal (Art. 16(m) of OUG No. 34/2014). Once access has been provided, the order can no longer be canceled.

Tickets to events with a fixed date are exempt from the right of withdrawal (Art. 16(l) of OUG No. 34/2014). Physical products, coaching sessions, memberships, and gift cards have specific rules.

The full return, cancellation, and refund terms are described in the Return, Cancellation, and Refund Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.
